Modern Nature White Chocolate Flavour Drops Sugar Free Keto Stevia Sweetner

This has really helped me with cutting down on sugar! I enjoy putting two drops into my coffee and it tastes good. Much more tolerable than other sweeteners. Its a plant based sweetener so its much more healthier than standard sweeteners. I tried the salted caramel version one and felt that was quite sweet tasting, this one i feel is closest to tasting like normal sugar, in my opinion.

Wow I bought this Modern Nature White Chococolate drops months ago and just recently i've started making smoothies ... I dug this out of the cupboard, added 8 drops to the blend and omg, this gives the smoothie a delicious flavour. The flavour was so good that I have been scrolling through the other flavours for my next purchase.

Probably the worst flavour drops I have tried, attempted to try this brand cos there's more choice and bigger bottles but the flavour didn't taste anything like chocolate

I have to write this review just so something good can come out of my situation. I know this may not apply to everyone but please beware when using this product. I have no doubt that if used in the correct quantities and sparingly it will be absolutely fine. But please don't be like me as I used it religiously every day sometimes multiple times a day, each drink i would use about a quarter of the pipette which I realise is more than reccomended. I have paid the price for this as for an entire week after about 2/3 months of daily use i became very unwell. I had a nauseating feeling in my stomach for about a week untill I discovered that it was this stevia. For some people who are sensitive to stevia it can disrupt the natural balance in your stomach as I found out it can kill good and bacteria! So after months of heavy use this happened to me and I became very unwell. I know it's the stevia because after realising this yesterday today is my first day of not having it and my stomach has completely settled. I realize I am an extreme case but I just wanted something good to come out of this situation by hopefully preventing another person from using this sweetener every single day. Please be careful and use it sparingly as it can really wreak havoc with the delicate balance of your gut if over consumed. Don't be like me and please use with caution! The nausea is not worth it!

I found the white chocolate taste to be light but the sugar equivalent to be right for the amount stating 8 drops is equal to a teaspoon of sugar. I find I use 3-4 servings to sweeten my drink to get the white chocolate taste in my lattes. The bottle and dropper is sturdy! I will most likely buy again as the stevia taste is actually quite good.
