Great Breakthrough in curing meats!
I smoked a full bacon slab with it, and it came out excellent! It's pricey, but the outcome was superb. No regrets here, I will buy it again, and I recommend it. The color, texture and flavor of the bacon was the best that I have made. I won't be going back to pink salt cure. NOTE: I tried to add a picture of the bacon, but it wouldn't work.

Nice casing compared to collagen
Great quality and exactly as described. Works perfectly and feels well-made. Easy to use/setup and does what itโs supposed to without any issues. Taste was good and has a nice crunch. Color was at expected. Definitely worth the price and Iโd purchase again.
