Will I get a refund if the results are inaccurate?

I can't answer this question because personally my test was defective , and didn't work . I got sent a defective product , i also didn't get a replacement or even a reply back. So personally I wouldn't suggest putting your money into this .

Does this test require an additional lab fee?

They don't require an additional lab fee ..you first go online and register yourself , then from what I read you send in your results , And with in a few days they'll send the information through to your email . No additional fees required as long as you pay for the package it should be free to get your results .
