Les Points Forts La qualité de coupe (Acier Inoxydable) : Contrairement à des ciseaux basiques, le tranchant est précis et durable. C'est le genre d'outil qui ne mâche pas le papier ou le plastique, il le coupe net. L'ergonomie et le poids : La gamme Twin L est connue pour ses poignées légères en plastique de haute qualité. Elles sont agréables en main, même pour une utilisation prolongée. Le décapsuleur intégré : C'est le petit détail "original" et pratique. La partie dentelée entre les poignées permet d'ouvrir des bouchons à vis récalcitrants ou de casser de petites noix. Entretien facile : Ils passent généralement au lave-vaisselle (même si un lavage à la main est toujours mieux pour le tranchant à long terme). Les bémols à garder en tête Pas de démontage : Contrairement à certains modèles "Pro" de la marque, ceux-ci ne semblent pas se séparer en deux parties. C'est un peu moins pratique pour un nettoyage ultra-profond entre les lames. Usage intensif : Pour couper des os de volaille ou des matériaux très durs, ils pourraient montrer leurs limites. Ils restent des ciseaux "universels" plutôt que des sécateurs de cuisine.
