Is this product safe to use on eye lashes?

I tried using it on my lashes. But a few days into using it I woke up to see one of my eyelids swollen. I was horrified. Took a few weeks to reduce. I don’t think it’s anything to do with the brand though. Afterwards I read that castor oil in general cause inflammation in your eyelids.

I have a questiondoes this item come in a secure wrappaging i mean a sealed cap and in box please let me know as i ordered one off ebay wasnt pleased

This oil should have a plastic vacum seal on the cap. If that is missing I would not use it. And the foil inside the cap is broken the oil inside could have been tampered with.
