Why McGuard? There are many sets of security nuts on the market at, probably, half the price of the McGuard ones (as those fitted to my current car), but what McGuard offer is the quality and longevity of the finish. The cheaper ones do not have the quality of finish and if one isn't careful, they look very tatty, very quickly. Thus you end up with a nice wheel held on by 4 smart wheel nuts and one red, festering block of rust of a locking nut. (as those fitted to my current car). They work, of course, but look awful. I bought McGuard on the strength of the McGuard nuts I bought for my previous car. I fitted them and with minimal care they looked as good when I sold the car as when I fitted them five years before. I guess, in some circumstances, the old adage 'you get what you pay for' is true.

I needed locking wheel nuts for my 2019 Ford Focus for my winter alloys. Alloys were from a 2009 Mondeo and these have a larger diameter hole for the wheel stud. Fit perfectly. Great item.

Fitted okay will wait too see if they last longer than the ones fitted by ford.

An excellent replacement for my locking wheel nuts for my Ford C-Max as the key was damaged for the originals I managed to remove the old wheel nuts before the key broke altogether I was recomended these locking nuts by a mechanic who told me these nuts had the strongest key as he rarly had to remove nuts from damaged keys being no use.

These are only 29mm long, which is not good if you want to fit to Volvo V50 as I did. They bottom out on the stud, and if you torque them up, the head breaks off. If they had been as described, they would have been fine. These were bought to replace previous fitted McGard locking wheel nuts as one of these had split on the threads. I am now choosing another brand.

So far the best one I had, top quality no rust very happy.

Li ho Installati su cerchi in lega Ford Kuga da 19 pollici. Estetica ben curata, possibilità di richiedere una seconda chiave codificata a circa 20€. Questa era la mia recensione di qualche mese fa, ad oggi devo dire che fanno il loro lavoro bene,senza segni di ruggine o altro, anche il gommista li ha considerati di buona fattura. Ieri ne compro un altra confezione per la fiesta mk8 dei miei figli e scelgo lo stesso modello. Sorpresa!! Entrambi i kit hanno la stessa "codifica" della chiave do smontaggio... casualità? fortuna? O tutti i bulloni di questa azienda hanno lo stesso "codice" e quindi praticamente inefficaci contro il tentativo di furto delle ruote? Proverò a sentire l'assistenza ma la vedo nera...😬
