I was in a horrific accident and my 2026 Lexus was totaled. This camera had the entire accident recorded and the quality was so clear we were able to see everything. All was submitted to the state police. It was somewhat difficult to install the rear cameras, but it was worth all of the time and effort to install. I also dont love the app so much, but I am ordering another for my new car as this was superb. Dont even think about this purchase. Just do it.

I love that this looks OEM and doesn’t take up any extra space! They do have videos of how to put it on, but keep in mind, it takes a lot of elbow grease to get the original hardware off. It took me an hour to get the original piece off before I could put this one in

Buyer be ware- Does NOT fit 2026 RX 350. Connector different size. Listing says 2023-26. Box says 2023. And, yes, I bought Model C. Took apart car for nothing. Not happy.

First one lasted one week before it wouldn’t even turn on anymore. Ordered replacement, hopefully this one lasts longer.

The fit and finish is outstanding; it was designed especially for this car and it looks like it. The front camera is barely visible under the rear view mirror and doesn’t distract. Same with the rear camera; you see it in the rear view but it doesn’t block anything. Video quality is outstanding. Installation of the front camera is easy but running wires to the back is tricky; I hired a professional to do it.

I tried to install it on my 2025 Lexus RX 350h but was stuck at the first step. The cover just cannot be opened as instructed on their youtube channel. I tried to call their whatsapp number, left a message there and also on wechat. But for two weeks, I never got any response back. Maybe you could try your luck with the front camera if you can open the cover, but I don't see how a layman can hide the wire for the back camera. In the end, I send it to my local car stereo shop to have it installed. Once installed, it looks nice and so far it seems working well.

this dash cam is worthless. If you are in an accident this is of no value. It does not record location, speed, time etc. It is absolutely of no value for defense in the event you have a disputable ticket or in an accident. You can purchase a camera that has a screen to view and gives the neccesary info when needed for a fracion of the cost.

Installed on a Lexus RX350. Fit and quality are 100%. I cannot believe this looks and feels like it belongs there. No intrusive device constantly falling off your windshield! The app is good and the included cables all work perfectly. I cannot believe this was easy and simple as it looked. Finally someone got it right!
