Great IFAK. No problems mounting it, it’s fast to deploy, and carries a small kit.

Works well, can be put on a belt or plate carrier. Doesn't hold a lot but I am using it for airsoft, so I don't need it to. Also it looks great.

Pouch is perfect for IFAK mounted on your battle belt. High quality and durability. It is priced reasonable, well worth purchasing.

Not sure the best way to review it so i'll give it best shot. Storage: 5/5 - I can fit all my bleed control, burn cream, gloves, and NPT in this device Design: 4/5 - Love the sleek design and compact design. Its actually better than most items 2-3x more expensive Retention: 1/5 - Took this to the field and lost the inner component along with about $150 worth of med supplies. Summery: this is really a lot better than most of the devices i've used except for the fact i lost the inner part and supplies. It needs something to help with retention and i think i'm gonna buy a new one and work on it myself to improve that area. I have two other IFAK pouches that combined are worth nearly $175...and they can't hold half of what this one does

I really enjoy this med kit, I run it on my belt when doing competitions. Good quality and functional. Very good price as well!

So far, great! I've trained with it on the small of my back on my duty belt for approximately six months now. It's easy to deploy, easy to reattach, and holds a lot of essentials. I haven't had it come off unexpectedly, lose items, or become stuck. None of my IFAK contents have become broken, unsealed, or loose.

Le produit est top pour le prix ! Ayant lu les commentaires négatifs sur le produit je suis consterné de voir que certain utilisateur ne savent toujours pas installer une poche molle ! Et pour les autres qui disent que la poche tourne autour du ceinturon et bien c’est pas la poche mais le ceinturon le soucis —> visionnez la vidéo du youtubeur Klaim qui parle des ceinturons. Conseil prenez des ceinturons avec sous ceinture velcro et passant molle! Sinon les attachent molle fonctionne bien et IL FAUT AJUSTER LA RÉTENTION DES ÉLASTIQUES pour qu’ils servent bien ( réponse à un commentaire ) ( si un élastique sous forme de corde ne serre pas bien on l’ajuste logique non ? )
