I waited 3 weeks before reviewing this soap. I live in humid tropical weather (sometimes reaching 40°C in the day), the kind of heat and humidity that makes you sweat even if you’re just sitting down doing nothing. I have been using this soap daily for my underarms during my morning and evening showers (I leave it on for 1 minute then rinse) and I do not use deodorant nor any antiperspirant. The result — I am totally smell-less. I was using a coconut milk+oil soap bar before this but Megababe is definitely way more effective. I do have minimal sweating going on during the day and that is the big test for me— the fact that I have no smell even if I am sweating means this soap works! I am seriously impressed and very happy 😆 PS I feel like 1 bar will last me months and months. A little bit really goes a long way

Effective and gentle but it's only lasting me a month?? I wish it was a little less expensive since it seems to disappear rather quickly. It's stored at the opposite end of my shower than the shower head and up on a shelf. It's only getting wet when I use it daily and I am the only one using it. Curious how long it lasts for others. I have pretty sensitive skin and have had no problems with sensitivity. It smells earthy like tea tree but the smell doesn't stick with you once you're out of the shower. I'm allergic to most synthetic fragrance so the tea tree is fine for me and I am used to smelling like nothing after a shower so no complaint there, just info. 4 stars due to the bar not lasting. Would be 5 for performance.

I bought this soap to help boost the effectiveness of my natural deo. Since natural deo doesn't clog up your sweat glands with aluminum to work, you really have to get your pits good and clean so that it can form an effective barrier to bacteria thereby preventing odor. I'm giving this soap a neutral three stars for the following reasons: Cons: -I did not find that it was any more effective at cleansing my armpits and helping my deo to keep my pits stink free than my regular dove sensitive soap-which is the reason I purchased it. -The tea tree scent is strong for my personal taste -It's pretty expensive Pros: -It does help with controlling body breakouts in spots like the back of the arms, underboob, and booty. -The lather is absolutely luxurious. This is a very well made soap and the lather is so soft and lush. -Per my bearded partner, this is a great beard wash and helps with beard flakiness and itchiness. -It lasts a long time I'm undecided on if I will repurchase as there are other soaps with similar ingredients that are more cost effective-although admittedly probably not of the same quality. If the price point were better, I would most likely repurchase.
