Ordered two same crew neck shirts in size M and XL for myself and my boyfriend. The quality of the shirts is very good (not a thermal nor the regular cotton, but very soft). The stitching of images is good enough. My boyfriend was so happy to receive this from me!

So yeah... There must have been changes within this company. This is my 7th hoodie. I've always been satisfied. But this latest order was very disappointing! I feel like the artistic designer is not the same person doing the previous work! This looks like a child drew it! I contacted the business but again I feel like it's different people. I don't believe they understood me. This maybe my last order. Shame. I think I've ordered about 5 or 6 hoodies so far. The embroidery is impeccable! Pullover Hoodie sizes are a bit wonky. Medium is what I normally wear. But their mediums are more like an American Small. So go a size up. Zippered hoodie sizes are a mystery. Mediums are more like a size Small (American) again. But their zippered hoodie Large are more like an XL! Now you know why I have so many hoodies. I must say customer support is excellent and very responsive! They even sent me replacement hoodie because the the one I ordered was too small. Takes about a month to deliver. So be cognizant of that. Hoodie quality is very good.

First and foremost I want to say how nice the seller is before I even ordered the item I emailed the seller asking if they can follow my mock up and we went in from there designing my hoodie so it can be perfect. This isn’t only a hoodie you have the option of buying a crewneck, zip up, pullover and other stuff. The quality of the hoodie itself is perfect absolutely worth the price. The quality of the embroidery is so good and feels like I bought it at a retail store I can’t believe this amazing quality comes from china don’t be surprised that this item is overseas it’s not a cheap quality scam it’s a actual genuine quality product. Highly recommend the seller and this item!

I purchased the velvet hoodie as a Christmas gift for my sister, and I am absolutley thrilled with the quality and design! The sizes seem to run a bit small however, so just be sure to order an extra size up, but you definitley get value for your money. The one in the picture is a size large. All in all, I am super excited to see her reaction when she opens it!

They did the wrong date, or just the wrong date format. Good quality and image came out nice. just the date on sleeve is inaccurate.

The sweatshirts I purchased are good quality. However do run slightly small. I love how they turned out. I made one of my bf and I and then ordered some more of my daughter and I. I have to say their service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

Turned out so great! I am so happy with it! Better than other high end expensive brands. My husband loved the hopdie quality, comfy! The image is clear and replicates original. Cute and simple.

The work they did somewhat resembled the pic I sent. For sure not impressed with the quality.
