Q: Is it outside weatherproof?

Not really suitable for outdoors. Will rust if the paint gets scratched and it is regularly in rain. You would be better with a plastic cupboard for outdoor use.

Q: Is the width exactly 90cm or is there some variance between items. I have 93cm of space. The depth of 50cm is ok.

It’s 90cm wide, you will need to allow at least another 5-10mm to slide in so you seem to have plenty of space. NG
