I follow Foodbabe on IG and appreciate her content. I truly believe she wants to provide the most beneficial, clean supplements to everyone. I'm not a huge fan of the protein powders - they're just ok - but the collagen is wonderful. I blend it into my coffee for a creamy treat every morning. I find it dissolves nicely, although it dissolves quicker and easier in warm beverages. Another benefit is I also notice less hair loss and seemingly healthier skin when I stay supplied. While it is a little pricey, it's very similar to other collagen supplement prices so I would say it's fair. All in all, i'm sticking with Truvani for my belief in their product, taste, texture and effectiveness.

Love this collagen powder! It mixes so well in hot water, not as great in cooler temperature water, and the ingredient list is so clean. There is a very slight smell at first but I cannot taste it when mixed in coffee, tea, smoothies. I’ve also noticed my nails have gotten much stronger since taking the collagen everyday. Will keep buying this one!

I started taking collagen peptides because of aching joints. In about 3 weeks I noticed a remarkable improvement in my joints, less pain, smoother movement. A happy side affect is that my skin looks a bit brighter and not dry. I quit using it a couple weeks when I was broke and noticed the pain returning. So I’m hooked on taking a scoop of it every day. It’s tasteless but it slightly thickens whatever beverage you choose to use it in. I would not put it in my morning coffee because I love my coffee as is. I usually put it in either juice or water or milk as a smoothie. It’s very filling as well.
