This product has changed my life and my brain forever. I like to keep a very clean non toxic lifestyle and I stay away from all energy drinks and eat pretty dang healthy. I am also super sensitive to caffeine so I can’t handle much coffee or I get the jitters and crash really easily. When I found this energy drink and the paraxanthine inside this changed everything for me no joke. I have the most alert, focused mind for at least four hours. Feels just like the adderall I used to take in college. I get the dopamine boost and all the motivation feelings I get from coffee but NO crash and NO jitters which blew my mind! Not to mention, it’s almost impossible to find an energy drink with clean ingredients. And the flavors are actually all amazing. My favorite is peach and berry! I’m an Update fan for life!!!

Yall standard is too high if its the peach flavor its perfect for me other flavors is not good but still satisfied because of the effect.

Okay, I LOVE this product (peach is my favorite) and find it very effective. I'm loyal to the brand and I recommend it to everyone. HOWEVER, every single order I have received from Amazon has been damaged, most frequently leading to leakage and some unusable cans. The damage is also not stationed during shipping, as the exterior box is fine, so this is not a postal issue. With the user-unfriendly Amazon customer service system, the only way for compensation or address of the issue is to return the product, which I do not usually do since by this time I need the cans on-hand (and Amazon ships this product slowly). The subscription service is also unreliable and has cancelled on me multiple times. I highly recommend the actual Update product itself, but do yourself a favor and exclusively order a subscription direct from Update. They ship fast, they have great customer service, and the product is effective.

I will not be not be repurchasing for two reasons: 1) It is absurdly sweet. The first sip was a shock to the system, like drinking barely diluted syrup. I ended up diluting it with water - first half this product/half water, then one third this product/two thirds water, and it was still too sweet. If you are used to chugging Coca-Cola by the liter maybe you'll be able to tolerate it. As a normie with normal taste buds, I just can't. 2) One of the ingredients on the can is "natural flavors". I went on the manufacturer's website to see if there was more information on this but it didn't list "natural flavors" at all, even on the "Full Ingredient List". It makes me wonder if they are hiding something nasty in there. The FDA defines natural flavors as "flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf, or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof" but it also permits solvents or carriers to be included without a separate line on the ingredients list, so "natural flavors" could be anything. If it were peach extract or essential oil to create the peach flavor then why not say so directly? Makes me very suspect that it's something undesirable.

I was a heavy caffeine consumer - I was consuming upwards of 500mg of caffeine each day. My work days sometimes last from 6:30AM-9:00PM and a single can of this Update Energy at around 6:00AM gets me through the day with no crash and a steady, focused energy. It is on the expensive side for an energy drink, but when I did the math - I am saving money because I only need to drink 1 can and I'm solid the rest of the day. I was spending about $7 on caffeine sources before switching to Update Energy. I'm not crazy about the taste - but that won't stop me from drinking them after feeling the focused energy. I don't have to struggle through drinking it or anything, it's still a good tasting energy drink. I got my wife and a couple buddies drinking them too now and they've all had great results from drinking Update.
