Not quite the “miracle elixir” I was told it would be, but with 4 dogs and two cats in the house, this does a great job of helping me keep the pet smell at bay. If you’re looking for something to help with that, this is worth a shot. My house is kind of an extreme case with the he number of fireballs we own, your situation will more than likely be an ideal scenario for this to excel.

The bottle I received was sealed and not leaking but only 2/3 full.

I have used this 1996, my vet had a small squeeze bottle for cat urine. I used it after my kitty passed, he had cancer and peed wherever. When I adopted a stray cat she found the spots I missed and peed. I mixed it per the instructions and put it in my carpet cleaning machine, spray bottle for tile floors and she never peed again outside of the litter box. I used it for carpet cleaning when I had carpet just to freshen the carpet with two dogs and one cat. They never had accidents but I loved the smell and it doesn’t cause allergies. The smell it light and my house doesn’t smell like wet dog. You can spray on bedding, area rugs etc. it really is amazing. You can use on old permeated smells and it will get rid of it. When I lived in apts, my landlord had a tenant that had three dogs and 4 cats. It smelled like hell in there. They tried everything to get the smells out and she asked what I would use. I pulled out my jug and we went to the apt. We sprayed everything, walls, countertops, baseboards, concrete and after one full spray down there was no lingering smell. They bought me a new jug and still use this to this day for tenants with animals that use the house for the potty. Even my dog couldn’t find pee scent. Otherwise he would have sniffed until he found it.
