Fabric bands are the way to go!
I really like these. I trusted the review of another person who purchased them. The fabric really makes a difference. They have not ripped so far so I am hopeful they will stay intact. Much easier to use than the elastic one's. They fit on my legs easily, no rolling

These bands are great!
The bands are great. Each band is progressively more difficult, offering greater resistance and opportunity for strengthening. They are versatile and easy to travel with! The fabric covering is much better, thicker and more comfortable than the elastic of other bands. They are very stable and don't roll easily. They fit snugly.
