well packed
may have to use iron rod to make guide holes if you have stony ground like I have other wise did a good sturdy job of supporting the bird table in the stormy weather we are having at the moment

That they work well, mine hasn't blown over yet with all the strong winds that we've been having.
They do the job and hold the birdhouse feeding station in place.

Excellent stakes
Used to fix my large birdhouse into the lawn they were easy to slot onto the legs of my birdhouse and I used a hammer to drive into my lawn. Very stable and really pleased as my bird table blew down in the winds earlier. I donโt think it will be going anywhere now.

Check your soil
These stabilisers were far too long to bang into the soil. Fortunately, my son was able to hacksaw them to a suitable length (at least 4 inches shorter) to get them into the ground. They are now holding my bird table well in position.

Will withstand a nuclear blast
These bird table stabilisers are a much stronger and better product than I could ever have imagined, so I immediately had a good feeling about them. The package was a surprisingly large size and contained huge strong metal hoops. How you get them into the soil is easy (with a hammer or sledgehammer). How you then get them out to move the bird table to cut the grass is another matter altogether. Don't push or hammer them in too far is my advice. Use them to support the bracing on the bird table post. Otherwise maybe cutting them shorter would be a clever idea. However no table secured with these is ever going to blow over - so result!

Works Well!
I purchased these stabilisers as i have a rather large birds table which had recently become damaged after having been blown over. After having the table repaired i wanted something to help support the table and stop it from future damage in weather as it is rather top heavy. These stabilisers work very well. they're large enough to get good depth into the ground and since having installed them I've had no such problems with the table blowing over or even swaying in the wind I would recommend these very much and would not hesitate if i needed to purchase further stabilisers in buying the same again. Four are supplied per pack and are adequate enough for the required support. I purchased mine to work alongside a Tom Chambers table, which work very well together, but i don't know how well they'd work with other brands of birds tables as the dimensions of these stabilisers are obviously made to work in accordance to the Chambers range of tables.

... top soil with no stones on these would be great; however
I'm sure if you have very deep top soil with no stones on these would be great; however, they are extremely long and in my garden I could only push them about half way in before they got stuck and refused to go in further. Part of the problem might be the ends are flat, rather than pointed, and so simply get stuck on any stone rather than push themselves around it. I will have to look for shorter ones!

Look good.
Prompt delivery. Not had time to use them yet so canโt review on stability or ease of use.
