What’s the difference in a uv light and tube? So there is no way to buy a part to replace ourselves?

The quality of the lamp is better, and the irradiation range and disinfection effect are also better. We do not recommend that you replace the lamp yourself, it may not fit with the towel warmer. And the process of disassembly may damage the box.

What is the temperature range? Would it work for warming rice packs for massage?

The temperature ranges about 70±10℃ when working. We have test it to warm a towel that need about several minutes but have not test use rice packs for massage yet.

When wetting the towel and putting it in will the towel come out warm/hot and damp or just warmed up and dry ?

Hello, the towel will come out warm/hot and damp.

Why is there a very strong odor when using the UV function- is this normal? It’s very strong

Please clean the towel warmer once before the first use. After using the UV function, there may be a little taste, not a bad smell, which is the taste of ozone, is a normal phenomenon, please do not worry.
