This toothpaste is actually very good because it doesn't have a lot of additives and really makes my teeth feel "squeaky clean" after I brush my teeth. I'm not strictly "keto compliant" with all my meals, but reducing carbs and concentrating on certain vegetables and fruits has made a difference in my overall feeling of good health, and using good quality oral hygiene products is part of a healthy life style. I think the toothpaste is expensive, but then my good health is important and I can afford an expensive product to maintain that good health. I have no idea of the "whitening capabilities", I just know my teeth feel and look clean after use.
