Timex Ironman Men's Classic 38 mm Digital Watch

Like the look of it, not too big or rugged. Buttons are big enough to press while in motion. Like the start button being on the face. Cool backlight. Love all the features and best of all, the rare feature of a countdown timer in a watch of this price!

Between me and the missus we've had about 5 or 6 of these (Timex Ironman variants) over the last 8 years or so. She prefers the Velcro strap which does not irritate her sensitive skin - it also lasts a lot longer than the resin straps which ALWAYS break and cost half the price of the watch to replace. The watch does what it says on the tin, as I said, we've had several and they're great.

Was not expecting how good it was for the price. So many different functions including occasion alarms. Good stopwatch for when you go training and 3 different alarms. Has been out through a lot of physical activity and works perfectly still. Would buy again.

I started running again last year (2012) and wanted a watch that I could use to time my runs and provide splits if I ran laps or at key points on my training routes. I liked the look of this watch and it can time up to 30 laps with recall later. I found it very easy to use. I'm small 5'6" and 72kg yet it fits my wrist just fine. The watch is advertised as waterproof and I have worn it whilst running in the rain and during washing up with no problems. I haven't swum since buying it so can't comment on suitability for swimming. You can set reminders for appointments, birthdays etc and daily alarms. The display is easy to read whilst running. The only negative for me is that the alarm sound is too quiet, I just don't hear it. It does flash the screen as well as sound an alarm but unless I happen to be are looking at it at the right moment I don't notice it. Overall though an excellent and attractive watch.

He is 12 and was very pleased when I gave it to him. He uses it every day. He says the three alarms and the training functions are very useful. So far the best I could buy for its price.

A cheap watch that meets all my requirements namely showerproof, nightlight and easy to read

Great for the money. Good time display with time, date and day all clearly visible on the face. Easy to use stop watch with lap times (and easy to review lap times at the end!). Had to scan the instructions to work out a few things but wasn't too hard! Really good value for money. Also fits a wide range of wrist sizes (fits mine which are quite small and my partner's whose are quite thick!)

Very comfortable to ware and not bulky. Had all the functions I was looking for. Very pleased with purchase.

Hallo, anbei mal meine Rezension. Jede Menge Fotos hab ich mal hochgeladen. Ich musste das Video leider kürzen. Das komplette findet man auf YouTube in meinem Kanal "DerTestMichel". Ich schreib jetzt nicht viel zu der Uhr da man das meiste in meinem Video sieht. Ich hatte als Vergleich noch eine Casio Collection Herren-Armbanduhr Digital Quarz W-96H-1AVES für 27 Euro gehabt da ich mich entscheiden konnte welche ich von beiden nehme. Ich brauchte nur eine Uhr für die Arbeit. Diese musste nix dolles an Funktionen haben :-) Funktionen sind ja u.a.: -Uhrzeit -Stoppuhr -Timer (Zurückzähler) -Occasn (eine Erinnerungsfunktion: Geburtstag, Termine usw.) -Alarm 1 -Alarm 2 -Alarm 3 Die Uhr kommt in einem netten Karton und ist recht gut verpackt. Das Display ist durch eine Folie geschützt die man abziehen muss. Das Display liegt auch was tiefer als das Gehäuse was vor Kratzern schützt. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist zwar auf Deutsch, aber so groß wie ein Zelt und man kann diese eigentlich nicht mehr zusammenfalten ;-) Das Licht leuchtet blau wenn man es im Dunkeln drückt. Ca. 2-3 Sekunden was man auch etwas länger einstellen. Kann. Funktionen die man nicht benötigt kann man auch ausblenden. Es gibt auch noch 3 Zeitzonen die man einstellen kann. Für welche Uhr ich mich entscheide kann ich noch nicht sagen. Haben beide ihr Vor / Nachteile. Alles andere seht ihr dann im Video :-) Gruß Micha
