Definitely higher quality than some others; lasted through the summer and winter.

These do seem to work on my tanks. No leaks so far.

OK, these gauges are life, and party, savers. Not 100% accurate, but I don't expect them to be. They are a great way to determine your propane tank status at a glance, letting you decide to re-fill before the next use. I have one on my 5 gallon tank in the grill, and one on a 3 gallon tank in a portable fireplace. They seem to work well and are a great disappointment saver when the tank is empty.

If neither your tank or regulator has a gauge, this works well. Connects to tank without an issue, (my) regulator needs a little care ( regulator issue, even without gauge, tends to cross thread ). Gauge was a perfect choice, very well built. Beats having your generator, barbecue, fire pit ( or other ) die unexpectedly. Still, no substitute for a spare tank.

These LP gas gauges work very well. I placed one on each of my RV tanks so now I don’t have to guess if I need fuel or not. They were easy to install and have worked well and not leaked for months now. I recommend these gauges.

I installed it, and it went to about 5/8's and stopped there. After a few weeks of that, I lit the grill (with the gauge still showing 5/8) and when I came out 5 minutes later, the grill was out. When I checked the tank, it was empty. After I refilled the tank, I thought I'd give it another chance, so I put it on the fresh tank. On the third time out, It suddenly showed empty and the grill went out. I checked the tank and it obviously wasn't empty. I removed the gauge and hooked the grill directly to the tank. The grill fired up on the first push of the ignitor, and I finished the grill session with no more problems.

Lo compré en aproximadamente $300 porque tenía la caja abierta, al parecer lo compraron por error. El indicador viene para adaptarse a rosca externa que tienen solo algunos tanques de gas pequeños y que suele verse en asadores de conexión de EUA. Si tu tanque de gas no es compatible, hay una versión para conectar con rosca interna al tanque de gas. La mayor ventaja es que la salida del indicador trae los dos tipos de rosca, así que pude conectarlo sin problema con mi instalación de gas.
