Is the weight really 6kg as described? That's very heavy for a rubber mat!!!

I've just received a medium one and it weighs 660g (23.3ozs)

hy has my croydex bath mat got brown marks on it,this is the second time this has happened.

I have followed the advice which other purchasers gave, which is to stick the mat to the tiles of your shower cubicle or bathroom after you have showered, so that it can drip dry. That way you avoid any risk of mildew. It works for me. As for brown marks I can only recommend that you clean the marks off and maybe try the "hanging to dry" system and see if things improve.

"non slip" is ambiguous, is the upper surface slippery underfoot when wet and soapy? (not worried about it slipping on shower tray)

This is a very good bath or shower mat. I bought to for my son and his partner as they had both slipped over using a shower that was at the end of the bath. No more slipping. The top surface remains non slip in all conditions.

Does it wash in machine

I've had mine since November 2015 and I wash it in the machine every month to two months. Its brilliant.
