The only thing I don’t like: the battery takes evidently longer than four hours. Honestly, mine seems to take 6-8 hours to fully charge. I do plan to get multiple of these so I could potentially just swap the batteries out while charging but the battery is only supposed to take four hours to charge (which is already very long for something that lasts three hours when used). Everything else: LOVEEEEE !!! The heat is actually hot- I usually do hottest on every heat pad I have but on this I have to do medium. I did give myself a patchy red burn on my stomach from doing it on the red setting - but I’d almost rather it have a range that goes too hot vs one that isn’t hot at all. Use red at your own risk😬 The vibration patterns are great! I use multiple of the settings depending on my need. It’s been very useful for my chronic discomfort / pain🌟 It’s thin enough to toss in my purse and take with anywhere- can easily wear while running errands. Love!! I do wish they would figure out a better battery to make it 100% worth it. But I would still recommend! Just be careful on the red setting and maybe find a suitable battery replacement to swap while it charges (I know they don’t suggest alternate batteries though).

This device helps so much. I love the first setting of massage and the middle setting of warmth for my endo pain. It is great for belly and back. I used the device and then unfortunately the battery acted weird and would not keep a charge. But the customer service is so great. They respond quickly and they are sending me a new unit to replace the faulty one. I’m very impressed with both the company and product.

This product has been a life saver. It is the best thing for a woman for that time of the month, and even if you are someone who gets ovarian cysts like myself, this definitely helps! I've also gotten swollen lymph nodes and it helps ease those as well. I love that this is HSA approved too and got a few for Christmas gifts because honestly every girl deserves one of these! The heating pad itself is super soft and convenience is nice that it straps on and you can wear without holding it, which is nice if you need to do choirs. Only thing I would say is that the battery packs wire isnt very long and wish I could slide it in a pocket. It doesnt really strap on to the heating pad strap either but I manage. I also use this so much the battery dies quicker since I usually do like 3 rounds a session. An 1.5 battery life isnt long enough, cry face but hey im happy I get at least 1.5hr time regardless. So thank you whoever invented these amazing things!

I’ve been using the Pixie wearable heating pad for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with it. The heating pad itself works wonderfully. It gets hot and stays hot, which is exactly what I need for my menstrual cramps. The massage feature is also a nice bonus and definitely adds to the relief, though I will say it’s quite loud. Not ideal if you’re trying to use it discreetly in public, but it’s manageable at home. I did run into an issue with the battery pack not charging after a few uses, which was frustrating at first. However, I have to give major credit to Pixie’s customer service, they were absolutely phenomenal. Quick to respond, very understanding, and they sent me a replacement battery right away without any hassle. All in all, a great product with solid support behind it. Just be aware of the noisy massage function, but if you’re mainly using it for heat, it’s fantastic.

Not worth the money at all even using my HSA funds. Barely warm, the straps take forever to mess with to get extended bad design. The power bank was also annyoying because you have to have it on the straps first then try to squeeze it in it’s a tight fit so it takes a minute to get in. The message or vibration settings are like nothing and just really makes unnecessary noise. All the plastic and cords make it uncomfortable from the power bank and straps. Would love if it was better. It’s a great idea but design. Not sure how long the battery will last as just the set up and heat options made me hate it right away.

Can’t get this thing to charge. Only place it’ll charge is through our PlayStation port which takes sooooo long to charge- in fact has not charged once past the 2nd battery light. I’ve tried everything. The ports are so confusing- two are describe as out, two and in. I’m so lost. It helps my cramps and I love the portability but jeez I can barely use it. UPDATE: Due to my inability to charge my heating pad the company refunded my item fully without asking. Thank you so much! This is was I call great customer service. I was going to add more stars because of this interaction but didn’t want to impact any statistical significance if any that is needed for improvement.
