These noodles are a huge step up from regular instant ramen. The air-dried noodles have a chewy, restaurant-quality texture, and the included sauces are bold, flavorful, and taste like something you’d get at a ramen shop. I love that the pack comes with a variety of flavors, so it never gets boring. They’re also vegan-friendly, which makes them a versatile option for different diets. While a little pricier than typical instant noodles, the quality and taste are absolutely worth it. Perfect for quick meals that feel special.

These noodles slap!!! Really though, my husband loves them, and I have to agree. He wanted a healthier noodle option that tasted great and didnt leave him feeling bloated or uncomfortable. They come with packets to flavor or garnish with if you want. Each flavor is very good. We add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and eggs and its amazing. These are expensive for noodles, and that makes them hard to keep them stocked around here, but the quality and taste is the reason we do continue to order them. The noodle is nicely textured and has a healthy thickness to them. There are no smells to them. The shape is flat not round. They hold up well even after mixing in several of our own ingredients and don't break apart.

I have followed David Chang and his culinary life since the beginning days. I so much enjoy his cooking, work and exceptionally his cooking shows. His humor is an added bonus. In fact I turned all 3 of my now young adult nephews onto him, then whenever they were in town, that’s what they wanted to watch. I usually purchase the Asha brand ramen…So when these MomoFuku noodles came out online I had to order them. I was very impressed by the noodles, but not so much the sauce. I so expected being from Chang that the flavor would just blow me away. I got the variety pack and I’ve had all but the spicy multiple times. And I was really unimpressed, shocked really. I added nothing because I wanted to try them just as they were, maybe that’s the problem, I’m not really a spicy kick person, I like a tinge of spice, but not an open your mouth praying for relief type after each bite, with your nose mucus running and tear’s pouring down my cheeks. I more than likely will not purchase again, and certainly not at $43, I got my order in Oct ‘23 and they were $29 for the variety pack of three flavors. Bidenomics I guess. To me both of the non spicy flavors taste similar, in fact when I went to try the second flavor I thought I’d cooked the first flavor again, so much I went to check the packaging I’d cooked to verify I cooked the next flavor. The noodles, cooking method are excellent. I’ve had a mini stroke so my ovens been unplugged for years, got a nuker but I like my ramen cooked with a tea kettle of hot boiling water poured over them, then I throw a flat small box like a cereal box or cracker box over it to not release any heat, and in 3-4 minutes, or lesser/longer depending on the texture you prefer. I’ve got perfectly cooked ramen, just drain the water and add your flavor packets. So simple…just wish they were more flavorful and less expensive.

Super tasty, like the rich man's old school Ramen. We added a fried egg and some chili oil to amp them up and they were awesome.

Shameful on the company to price these at such a premium. Noodles, sauce and dry ingredients intended as a base for adding your own toppings and protein. Taste is good but not amazing. Noodles have a great chewy texture and taste clean since they are not fried and the sauces are flavorful and just ok. But $50 for instant noodles is bonkers. I have no issues spending extra to get extra, but this is not that. I’ve been to his restaurants in the Cosmo. I’ve had hand cut hand made noodles from different countries. In a stir fry, in a soup. Hot noodles, cold noodles. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc. This set should be in the $30 range max. Pure money grab by a well known chef. Disappointing because he appears to be a good guy in real life. But business is business and I’ll take mine elsewhere.
