Not a true red
Heart and Con-Sol wasn't as red as I wanted. It's more orange. Still pretty, but not what I wanted. I was really disappointed at first. HOWEVER, I managed to get the exact look I wanted/expected by layering it over OPI's Art Walk in Suzi's Shoes (I did two coats, but I could have done one). Then I put one coat of Heart and Con-Sol on top, and I got the sparkly red I wanted. It was perfect after that.

Very nice color
Tried this Heart and Con Soul at the salon and loved it so I decided to buy my own. The bottle I received from Amazon is the exact same color. It is an orange red (but not too orange or too red IMO) with subtle hints of pink and gold, the sparkle is gorgeous and feels smooth without being too glittery. Because of the hints of coral and shimmer that will sparkle in the sun, I am going to use this as my summer beach vacation nail polish pick this year!
