Purchased this door for my home office. My review is only 3 stars because it took two tries to get it right. The first door arrived missing almost every piece to put it together including the manual. Amazon customer service gets 5 stars here. From the minute I made the first call they expedited getting a new door delivered and then pick up of the other door. The door is very good quality and was easy to put together. Installation was a bit more time consuming as we had to add a header board above to doorway to mount the hardware securely. This meant construction and paint wait times but in the end, the finished product turned out beautifully.

I had been wanting to change the door on my pantry for quite awhile. I did a lot of research online for good sliding barn doors (without breaking the bank) and found this one, which had overall good reviews. Ordered the 30 x 84 5-panel glass barn door. It came VERY well packaged with no damaged parts. Just be very careful unpacking with any cutting tools..you don’t want to damage it yourself! I laid all the parts out to inspect them and insured all parts were there… they are very well labeled. Follow the steps to assemble door from manual and also watch the videos. I read reviews that pointed out to insure you don’t touch non-frosted side of glass much as it could leave marks (not sure, but I still didn’t touch) and also to wear gloves when sliding in glass panels. Also make sure you use the little washers included when putting in the side screws .. that’s not clearly written in the instructions. My husband had previously hung a rail (I think that part can get tricky because of location of studs and weight of door). It is very heavy and sturdy (takes two to lift and hang). We are extremely satisfied with it! Looks and working great!

Ok. This could have easily been a 5 star product until I got halfway through the instructions. I purchased this bc it came as a kit. Meaning it came with everything to assemble and hang.Wrong. After putting the door together then instructions said STOP! Before hanging the door, you need to purchase……..And that ladies and gents was the start of an unimaginable return. Nothing on the seller. Everything to do with Amazon. Although Amazon did right, it’s a pain with oversized items.But to the seller. Please read the directions and inform customers there’s an extra step. Put that in your personal description.
