Does this product contain spice ?

If you mean the drug spice, no. I used to as a Tabacco substitute and it didn’t effect me in any crazy way. Didn’t taste nice either.

Do you smoke it or make tea with it?

I've smoked it and found it can be a bit harsher than tobacco

Is this product healthy ?

No smoke is healthy. As smoke does not belong in the human body. Best to make it into tea.

What quantity do you use and how long does it need to brew for?

I use a generous table spoon full and let it infuse foe 5 minutes.
