Outstanding customer support
I had used my PK on 2 iPhones with no problem, but it would not connect on my Samsung s9, talked to customer support and he suggested taking off the case, It worked PERFECTLY, all cases are various thickness, PK is absolutely fantastic for transferring photos/videos to laptop

I thought just plug in and it starts its job...but nothing is happening???? Help

Good, but you sometimes have to keep an eye on it.
I like that it exists so that I can back up the photos on my new phone. It does have a problem fitting, though. It fits too loosely and sometimes it will stop working after only saving 1 picture, other times it's fine and saves over 200 before it stops.

Saves your photos
Plugged it in, all the pictures were saved. If you have any documents scanned to your computer, it saves them also.
