What a great little rice maker! Very versatile! I've made stews, spaghetti sauce, great for Sautéing chicken and beef, and I use it on most mornings for making up a nice quick and easy scramble for breakfast. Just put it on saute, throw in a dab of butter along with some mushrooms, chopped up bell peppers and onion, and whatever else you like and cook them up while it's still preheating, and then when they're done throw in some whipped up eggs. Very quick and easy. The other thing I love is the ceramic coated pot. I don't have a dishwasher and just can't say enough about how easy it is to be able to just rinse the pot out when I'm done. So far nothing has stuck to this pot! Bought one for my son as a wedding present and he's loving it also. In fact this has been such a pleasure to use that I just ordered a second one so I can do two different things at once like slow cooking a spaghetti sauce in one and cooking the noodles in the other. The only couple of drawbacks I see are that it would be nice if they offered a shallower stream basket so you could cook some rice underneath while at the same time you're streaming your vegetables above. Also the water level marks on the inside of the pot are very hard to see. It would be nice if they would color them in as I've seen on other rice makers. It would also be nice if they offered a lid so you can just leave the leftovers in the pot and throw them in the fridge. I do it now and just cover it with a plate, but a nice fitting lid would be much better. But even with these small drawbacks I still give it a good solid 5 out of 5!! Oh yeah, it also makes great rice! Super easy to use and it comes out perfect every time.👍🏻

This Cosori rice cooker has exceeded all my expectations. It cooks rice perfectly every single time, whether it’s white rice, brown rice, quinoa, or oatmeal. I love the non-stick ceramic inner pot — it doesn’t scratch, it’s easy to clean, and the food never sticks. The 18 cooking functions are incredibly useful, and the sauté and slow-cook options make it so much more than just a rice cooker. The keep-warm feature also works great and doesn’t dry out the food, even after several hours. The design is modern and sturdy, and the included stainless steel steam basket is perfect for vegetables. Overall, it’s a high-quality appliance that makes cooking so much easier.

One thing I really appreciate is how intuitive the interface is. The buttons are clear, the display is bright, and it’s super easy to set the timer or switch cooking modes. The size is perfect for both small and larger meals, and the pot is non-stick and very easy to clean.

I bought this mainly because of the detachable lid for simpler cleaning and ceramic coated inner pot instead of the questionable Teflon (PTFE) Polytetrafluoroethylene or fluorine whatever coating. Note that there was some confusing information regarding the coating type used in the inner pot. The manufacturers website says nonstick coating, but makes no mention whether it is Teflon or Ceramic. If you look at the chemical disclosures for California and Colorado from the Corsori website, it actually states Teflon. The Amazon description says ceramic but the safety disclosure pdf says Teflon! This was for the same model CRC-R501-KUS. Luckily Corsori customer service quickly responded by saying the inner pot now uses ceramic coating starting in Oct 2024. Prior to that date, the pot used Teflon. Also the inner pot is made of Aluminum alloy. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. The controls are simple use and cleaning is relatively easy. I had the YumAsia Kumo but returned it due to the cleaning hassle. The rice comes out great and the keep warm feature doesn't dry it out compared to some other rice cookers I've had. The one minor issue is that the cooker takes up a lot of space.

We love this rice maker. It is simple, functional, easy to clean, and dependable. Even the kids can use it.

Ordered this rice cooker even though we were concerned with the length of time to cook the rice. Used it for the first time tonight, and we will be happy to wait after this!!! Perfect, fluffy rice that was not mushy or burned on the bottom. Great quality for half the price of the Zojirushi that broke a year after we bought it. Now to look for other Cosori appliances!!

The Cosori rice cooker is a great option for cooking perfect rice. Its modern design and durable materials ensure a long lifespan. Produces soft and fluffy rice with a uniform texture. With an excellent capacity for small to medium-sized families.

This unit quality is so good I bought one for both of my kids. I have used it to cook a bit of everything on its list and worked awesome for some Arroz and Gandules, Rice and Sausage etc. The garlic rice needs some work on my end but this unit can only be better if they added an automatic water dispenser but that’s just a wish list.

Estoy muy contento con esta olla. La he usado dos veces para cocinar arroz y ha dado muy buenos resultados. Es más grande de lo que imaginaba, pero no demasiado pesada. Es bastante fácil de usar y da muy buenos resultados. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Genialny ryżowar! Gotuje trochę dłużej niż mój stary "analogowy" ryżowar (jaśminowy w 50 minut), ale absolutnie warto trochę dłużej poczekać. Równomiernie ugotowany, pięknie puszysty i brak skorupy na dnie naczynia. Absolutnie idealny! (nie zrobicie takiego w zwykłym ryżowarze). Obawiałem się trochę rozmiaru (mam niewielką kuchnię), ale nie jest tak źle. Mieści się idealnie na airfryerze od Cosori (oczywiście tylko do przechowywania, gdy gotujemy warto go zdjąć).
