I hate the skinny ankle "straps" that come with weight machines and resistance bands. It was so bad, and so painful, I often skipped using these important features. The bands slipped around (which ruined my form) and even cut into my ankles. These are exactly what I needed! They are super comfortable. The underfoot strap helps hold them in place on my foot. And they are padded everywhere I need, even an extra pad where it touches my ankle bone. The build quality is superb, and there are big, high quality hooks in every place I need in order to work all the muscle groups in my legs. Just can't say enough about these. They are fantastic and so happy I bought them.

These ankle straps are exactly what I wanted, and I searched and read reviews of MANY. They are very sturdy, actually have a bit of wt. to them, and oh so comfortable, and heavy duty velcro. I chose the straps w/ a foot strap- to keep my foot flat and prevent the ankle strap from turning, running or the D- rings rubbing on the front of my ankle. They are perfect. Come in a nice bag, with a link to cable exercises- which are nice, and an option for a free exercise band. I did not want any pressure against the front of my ankle, as I have a bone issue there, no problem. Thanks FightTech- lives up to the reputation you have. If you are thinking about straps for cable kickback and other exercises, this is the one. I'm a wt. lifting Female 126lbs, 5'4".

I purchased these a little over a month ago. I have used these ankle cuffs 5-6 times. While these are more comfortable than basic ankle straps, I must inform potential purchasers of the poor quality. The stitching has come undone at one of the joins to a D-ring, and I’m very concerned this will snap off my ankle while performing an exercise. I have contacted Fightech customer support via their website AND via email both over a week ago from today and received no response. I wanted to allow them time to respond to me and for us to come to an agreement to resolve the quality of their product and I would have agreed to a simple replacement exchange. Instead I’ve been forced to write this honest review here. DON’T BUY THIS POOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

It works good but my belt broke around the foot part which makes it hard to stay on now. I just tie it down. I plan to get some more or different ones.

These are actually awesome for wrists. I have regularly pain in my joints, or even forearms. These fit perfectly + nice padding + strap falling in the hands to keep them in place = relieve the stress on the wrists when doing cable triceps/biceps/hammer curls, as well as shoulder lateral raise.
