Immediately out of the box, I could tell this pie server is exactly as well made as I thought it was from the pictures, descriptions and reviews. It has a pleasing toughness to the touch, not heavy but light enough with a balanced thick blade that will always be sturdy and it fits neatly in the kitchen utensil drawer. You can solidly grip the handle as you prepare your chosen dessert slice and the serrated edge easily cuts to a fine edge to make the perfect serving.

This is the best pie/quiche server I have ever used. No more frustration of serving elegantly my food to guests and family. It is stylish and practical.

Found that this can make a good job of a day old cake, but very fresh sponges don't like it much, it works well with tarts & quiches

Its not sharp but I didnt buy it to cut, I bought it to lift lol. Im happy with it and it arrived super fast!
