Sabatier Triple Rivet Narrow Turner, White by Sabatier . This fine tool has a durable, stainless steel narrow head that is good for picking up, flipping both large and small foods. It works on the griddle, the grill, the cookie tin or for serving indoors or out. Its handle is made of durable POM, includes three stainless steel triple rivets for added strength. It measures 10 ½ “; is dishwasher safe, comes with limited-lifetime warranty. The Sabatier brand originated in 1810 in the Thiers region of France, where Philippe Sabatier was a craftsman who worked on an item until he was fully satisfied with it. I find that this turner is nicely balanced, comfortable to the hand. Its straight, narrow offset edge allows easy access under delicate foods to be transferred from baking sheet to cooling rack or serving dish. Its flat surfaces are polished smooth, so it’s easy to hold, clean. It’s handsome, well-designed and made, of a nice weight, and looks to me like it might last a long time. My Dad always said you should buy the best tools you could afford. Worth the price.

I only use stainless steel pans and this turner is great! Easy to clean, super durable, nice heavy weight to it, not cheap or flimsy. Great value for the money. Makes flipping eggs over much easier than a plastic spatula. The handle length is great for grip. You can use this with a variety of foods no problem; eggs, pancakes, burgers, veggies. I would highly recommend this to anyone who cooks at home.

This is the perfect set of spatulas. When my go-to spatula, inherited from my grandfather finally broke, I despaired thinking I'd never find another of the same quality and design. The narrow spatula, is the perfect replacement. With a sturdy handle and a blade that has just the right flexibility to get into a steep sided pan or dish and just enough strength to heft full chicken breasts. The shorter wider bladed spatula has a stiffer blade and even more sturdy strength. I've had them for a few months and I expect to use them the rest of my life and perhaps even pass them down to the next generation.
