Great toothpaste, white paste with strong peppermint taste. Cleans teeth very well and controls my sensitivity ok. I think this has very slightly more menthol than the Deep Clean version, but other than that it tastes very similar. Definitely not worth paying more for this version than the Deep Clean version. The ingredients are exactly the same on the package.

I’ve been using this toothpaste for a while and I’m very satisfied with the results. It cleans my teeth well, leaves a long-lasting fresh feeling, and doesn’t irritate my gums. The taste is pleasant and not too strong. Great value for the price — I would recommend it for daily use.

I love this toothpaste I use it majority of the time because it is my number 1 out of the rest feels like this has done more for my teeth than any other toothpaste I'd get this one each time if possible 🫶

I've been using Colgate Total for a very long time. While I rarely need it to last for 24 hours, that option is a plus on an already fantastic toothpaste. I'd used colgate total in high school, until graduation from Rutgers, and then through my 3.5 years in Japan. I'd never had a cavity during all of that time, and when I'd come here (NJ, presumably), I'd gone to a dentist who had decided to drill nearly all of my teeth. A second opinion showed that in fact my teeth and my dad's were fine, and that she was attempting to milk insurance money or cause harm. In fact, I'd had a very special (to dentists and myself) solultion put on my molars and over the whole top surfaces of them, which made me VERY curious as to how she thought they had cavities there. Further, the dental assistant after the first visit and checking my X-rays said that everything looked fine, but said dentist was dishonest, lazy, and after money. How weak in soul and in mind. As the Mars Volta puts it, "I want your cramps to fit the fillings in my teeth," seems appropriate.... This place seems full of useless little vultures who like to steal stuff, break stuff, inflame situations, cause grief and pain, etc. and when they die, I hope they become more akin to the pigs Circe made of Ulysses men, in that they have human conciousness but are pigs or other animals, squealing and in their own messes. Trash in spirit in human form.... At least as farm animals, they can feed the hungry for all the greed and things they took from others.
