Much more convenient than washing smelly shaker bottles that get lost in my gym bag. These offer a very decent protein content and digest easily with it. They even taste good too which helps to curb my sweet cravings.

This high protein shake comes with 17g of sugar and 42g of protein per bottle. The taste is quite bland for a milkshake, the chocolate is not as rich as I hope for a 'double chocolate' flavour. It is not undrinkable, some may even find it tasty as a very light milkshake but this is not for me. It claims with no added sugar but still have quite a lot of sugar as it is, I am not sure I would enjoy this as a treat as it isn't as tasty, it will be good for gym diet as the other ready to drink shakes seems to have similar nutrient values.

This pack of applied nutrition chocolate flavoured protein shakes arrived wrapped in plastic and in perfect condition. Each bottle is hygiene sealed and need a good shake before opening. The texture is silky, yet creamy. It’s quite easy to drink for the amount of protein these shakes pack in. The flavour is actually very palatable and more ish. Not the tasteless, cardboard flavour I’ve found in other brands. This is perfect for upping my protein intake and I enjoy these post workout to pad out my diet. I’d definitely order again.

Two of the drinks were drinkable the rest were rancid and curdled Had to throw away

After every workout i used to do milkshakes with some protein powder, which was decent, nothing fancy. It would do for the moment. But after trying these i do not want anything else. I got the chocolate flavour. Is tastes great, amazing texture as it is not too thick nor too runny. Just the perfect texture for it and its even better after you gave it a good shake as it creates some bubbles on the top. At least i like to drink and feel those little bubbles. The bottle is big enough to use it 2/3 times, for me at least. With 42g of protein and low sugar cant really ask for much more. Totally recommend.

So I tried these, I am always looking for new ways to get protein into my diet with not eating mean or fish, these say they are low sugar & no added sugar so ordered them. Tried one today & the first thing I taste is sickly sweet then mild chocolate followed by chalky after taste. So I read the label and it says 17g of sweetener Sucralose which is made from you gussed it sugar! 17g in ONE bottle WHAT????????? The daily average sugar amount is 24g so after one of these your better be super careful what you eat/drink! A regular coke is 39g of sugar so this so called healthy shake is really just as bad as a can of coke. Your using these shakes for protein but due to the sucralose you going to put weight on, how is this healthy or good for us? studies have shown that sucralose can change your gut microbiome by lowering the number of good bacteria by half and sucralose can also increase inflammation in the body. Over time, inflammation can lead to problems like obesity and diabetes. Again how are these shakes good????? They want you to just see the big protein number & not actually look at the rest of what goes into this, in my view these are shameful and should be removed for misinformation.

I tried this product hoping that I'd like the taste, but I really struggled. I took a couple of sips and was basically gagging. I personally think this tastes dreadful, but keep in mind what I think tastes horrid, might taste like the best thing in the world to others! The product arrives in shrink wrap, foil under the wrapper fully sealing the drink, so you will know if it's been opened before or not. It's a decent enough product overall, but the taste for me was undrinkable.
