What are the ingredients? Puregreen24 kills mersa?

Ingredients are Silver, Citric Acid & Purified water. Yes, it kills MRSA.

Do they make a size you can carry on an airplane?

The smallest size available is 4oz. I am not certain if all airplanes are the same but I believe the most you are allowed to carry in a container on an airplane is 3.4oz.

Can I use this to disinfect the soles of my shoes?

Yes, but because of the citric acid it may leave a slightly tacky residue. This can be wiped with warm water.
