I sprinkled this stuff down, and within weeks my patchy, tired-looking lawn transformed into something that could audition for a golf course. It feeds, it greens, it weeds, and it even takes out moss—basically a full-service lawn butler in a bag. The grass looks thicker, healthier, and smugly vibrant, while the weeds and moss have dramatically exited the chat. Neighbors keep asking what my secret is, and I just gesture mysteriously at the garden like some kind of horticultural wizard. Application is straightforward: scatter, water, and let Miracle-Gro do its thing. No complicated rituals, no lawn sacrifices—just results. If your garden currently resembles a sad patchwork quilt, this will turn it into a lush green carpet you’ll want to picnic on immediately.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Patchy results. After reading other reviews, chose this over other suggested products. Have a small lawn area which should've been well within this pack. Somehow ended up with strips of black, some average growth and another with fantastic grass ! No idea what happened but will go and speak to a garden centre to figure it out.

Well it definitely killed off the clover weed which had taken over large patches of the lawn. It didn't touch the dandelions though! Nor the horsetail. Since large patches where the clover weed was are fully dead, I don't want to wait 3 months and re-apply for the dandelions, as the entire lawn will be dead then! Only dandelions are left standing aside from some spotted clumps of grass, dandelions are the only green foliage! I may have sprinkled a bit too much OR the weaker grass surrounding the clover might have just died off due to weakness, either way I'll have to sprinkle some fresh grass seed to fill the bare patches after 8 weeks as instructed. After the lawn reestablishes, I may reapply more to kill the prolific dandelion roots as I'm sure they will return since the weed puller just broke off the roots half way. This is serious stuff, don't be tempted to "just use a bit extra" -- 35g per Square metre MAXIMUM as stipulated. Wait a couple of weeks and don't assume it isn't working. Respect the guidelines.

If you're buying this for the spreader capability of the pack (I wasn't) be aware that the plastic is very brittle and breaks - just like that - making it useless. The product inside seems to work, and it's cheaper here than in the supermarket.

I use this every year a few weeks before scarifying the lawn. The lawn has improved each year. I’ll continue this.
