It works!
It really helps my severe reflux. It’s rather odd when the tums type disk foams up in your mouth, but I got used to it and it really calms down the acid.

Helps prevent acid back-up
Different from the regular Gaviscon; it suds up and creates a little barrier at the bottom of your esophagus to help prevent back up of stomach acids. I chew 1 or 2 before bed. 👍
