Amazing taste, lovely crumbly texture but so moreish.

Lovely bit of cheese, went to make a cheese and chutney sandwich but found myself just eating the cheese dipped in chutney, I then had craving for melted cheese, melts perfectly and surprisingly brought flavour out even more, so literally lived on cheese on toast with dash of brown sauce for few days, definitely coming back for more.

Not a strong cheese.

I was expecting a strong mature cheddar taste given the price. Sadly, it's very similar to the average supermarket 'Mature Cheddar'. Not unpleasant by any means but disappointingly mild for my taste.

I tempi di spedizione sono molto lunghi, anche se il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi indicati. Per contro il costo della spedizione non è così esoso come per altri formaggi dall'Inghilterra. Il prodotto non è male, ma è un po' asciutto.
