Use this daily. Love it. Kinda salty but I think you’ll like it if you try it. Low cal Mac n cheese w kelp noodles etc.

This is not a review of the flavor. The front says "Cheddar cheese powder nothing else." I have bought other "It's Just" products, and since it was out of stock I thought this would be ok to sub for Anthony's. Well, if you look close, which I unfortunately didn't, it's NOT just, and there's even an image to try to make excuses about "things required to make the product." Well, the first ingredient is whey, which is not cheddar cheese. Anthony's ingredients starts with cheddar cheese. This product also contains blue cheese, which is definitely not cheddar and definitely not needed to produce the product. It also contains artificial dye, which is not good nor needed to produce the product. Anthony's has color too, but it's natural annatto. It also contains maltodextrin and sunflower oil, neither of which are needed to produce Anthony's. I consider this a definite example of false advertising.

But this before I will continue to buy I love it. You make macaroni and cheese out of it. You can make a cheese sauce for broccoli make you soup with it. You want to taste your potatoes whatever you want. It’s great. And such a good price and you get so much out of it and last I kept my bag a year one year and it still is excellent. It’s not bad or stale at all so it has good quality and never ever get clumpy.

Good to add to soups and salads.
