It worked brilliantly for me!
Don't normally leave product reviews but feel compelled to do so given some mixed reviews on here. By using something I shouldn't have to scrape ice from the windscreen, I'd caused 15 scratches on the car windscreen. They were very visible from outside car but not really from within unless sun was hitting them at a particular angle. Followed product instructions to the letter and all scratches have been fully repaired. A couple of deeper ones were a little more stubborn than others so took a second attempt to resolve. The majority of scratches came out first time. I'd say all in all 45 mins of stopping and starting with careful polishing using a sensible drill speed. Have loads of the glass polish compound left over, and an unused polish pad in case I am ever stupid enough to scratch my windscreen like that again. Excellent product that likely saved me a hefty glass repair bill from a specialist. Also worth pointing out I'm not especially handy and I found the product super easy to use.

Works but patience
This does work but takes time. Have scratches on my rear window created by Sahara sand. Spent 3 two our sessions, removed all the minor ones. One scratch is so reduced that no one will ever notice. Working on the main scratch which reduces every time I tackle it. I am confident that I will eventually remove it but of course it takes time and patience. Perhaps I could be more aggressive but I do not want to damage the glass of the heated window. It does what it says and probably a professional would be able to do it quicker, it just takes time and so I will persevere. The only other alternative would be to replace the glass, which is such a waste.

Doctor scratch
"I'm incredibly unhappy with this purchase. The stuff is practically useless—it does nothing to solve the problem it advertised. It's a complete waste of money, and honestly, the time I spent trying to figure it out and get it to work was a waste too. Do not buy this. I feel ripped off."

Worked brilliantly
Had a stone glance off my screen and left a deep scratch and a light scratc about 1 inch tall had a windscreen guy come and look and he said as he could feel it with his fingernail it probably would go. I bought this kit followed the instructions and it worked really well the scratches have gone took about 40 minutes and stopped after 30 seconds to less the glass cool This kit is great value and I have loads of the compound left

Kind of works
Tested on a car front windscreen with some medium scratches Pros: Nice packaging, british, It cut through wiper marks and fine abrasions. Cons: Connected to an electric drill and dialled down the speed however the adhesive sticking the velcro to the pad detached. The pad is too small. Left some deeper scratches in the windscreen

Really does work !!!
What a great product. I had the misfortune to have a wiper blade break on my cherished classic car in torrential rain on the M40. With no where to stop, I had no choice but to continue on and watch the end of the wiper work a 4mm wide scuff in to my windscreen along the full sweep of the arm. The scratches were deep enough that you could feel them with your finger nail. Convinced a new windscreen was required I decided I had nothing to lose and purchased the Scratch Doctor kit. I spent 20 minutes covering and masking off the fabric roof, bonnet, scuttle and any other parts I didn't want to get polish on, an important step if you don't want to spend a long time cleaning up afterwards. Once everything was covered I fitted one of the polishing pads from the kit to the supplied polishing wheel, put it in my cordless drill (it won't fit in an orbital or dual action polishing machine), applied a small amount of the polish to the pad and started on the windscreen. It is a SLOW process that requires patience and is best done in small sections at a time. When the polish started to dry I applied a small amount of water to the screen and the pad with a mister spray rather than keep adding new polish to the pad. I did the water 3 times to each polish application and it worked perfectly. It took 60 minutes of hard work to remove a scratch that was nearly 100cm in length but it was worth it. Under extremely close inspection you can still see faint traces of the scratch but they are invisible most of the time and can't be seen when driving. I still have 3/4 of the bottle of polish left after I'd finished. I was quoted £622 for a new screen, without fitting, so a couple of hours work and £20 for polish seems well worth it.

This does work - excellent product
I had a set of scratches on my windscreen from seagull muck. Not deep, but it must have been grit or sand in the poop that caused the scratching. I tried Megulars compound, that didn’t really touch it. Then tried T-Cut, similar results.. both using a DA Polisher. I then tried this with my Dewalt cordless drill. OMG.. it works. You do have to take it steady, else the pad spins off centre. I polished for bursts of 20-30 seconds with a gentle rocking motion. Then sprayed down the screen and pad with a little water to cool it. Then repeat about 5 times, then wipe down and check you progress. Windscreen glass is so much harder than body work polishing.. very much harder, so it does take time. But if you do like I did, you will get the results.

Works, but needs, and effort and perseverance
Needs a lot of effort, but does the job in removing the worst of the scratch. Found you can still see the scratch is some lights .

Ci vuole solamente insistenza!!
