Organic Boswellia Serrata

Wow, I can't seem to find any bad side effects online about taking boswellia serrata. And this product is organic. I'm taking it with turmeric also, and am excited to see if it helps with my back pain, as many claim. The pills are easy to swallow, and the packaging is very nice. Seems like an outstanding product! A little pricey but worth it for organic!

After 3 days (6 capsules) my shoulder muscles and joints are improved. The True Veda company is very impressive all around. The packaging the information provided and overall attention to detail shows they are world class suppliers. I appreciate Alpa and Ash and the effort they have put into their company. Nice surprise bonus of a discount on next purchase too. So I’m going to make sure I don’t run out and order again tonight. I very pleased with my purchase. I had originally bought this to help regulate my BP. Not really sure if it actually did since I started a prescription soon after. However, I did notice that I had alot less aches and pains throughout my body while talking this supplement and my mental clarity and focus was quite noticeable. I did have to stop taking it in the evening because I couldn't sleep well because my brain was very active. But works great when I take it in the morning. For reference...I seldom ever use any caffeine because it makes me too jittery. I don't get that at all with this product. It's really great!!!

Great product. Makes my body less achy.

I cannot take NSAIDS for medical reasons. My physician suggested this as possibly effective without untoward side effects. I believe it has reduced my pain and I rarely feel the need for NSAIDS. I also feel it is working because I realized I forgot to take it for 2 days and the pain was returning. After restarting it was discernibly better. No side effects noted. I do have a problem swallowing it (also medical issue) but taken with some slippery food it goes down.

I came with capsules... they were filled with a substance. I consumed them. Let's be honest, that's about all we know when it comes to supplements. 5 stars

love the glass bottle and that it is organic

Since I cannot take any medications to take pain away from my arthritic knees because of side effects and it raises my blood pressure. I decided to try Boswellia because my daughter was using it for her cat who has arthritis and behold, her cat is having an easier time to walk. I'm finding that if I take it in the morning along with my breakfast, it keeps me either free of pain or at a very low level. I am still testing it out at what dose I should be on and if I should try and take it twice a day. I am taking two capsules in the morning.

This product is organic !! It’s great for your joint heath .. I have painful knees and hands and after taking it for several months I’ve noticed a big change .. my knees don’t hurt and my hands are near on pain free!! Will carry on taking this product .

The packaging comes with a void sticker on both ends, and a seal under the lid to ensure a tamper free experience. It’s a lovely glass bottle with a metal lid unlike other supplements, making it feel like a premium product. The capsules are easy to swallow with a little bit of water, and I feel like my joints are less achy after a week or so of taking these.

Seem to be working as when I forgot to take them and missed 2 days my knee pain was starting top ache again

As an advocate for body, mind and spirit nourishment and care I’m an avid though gentle exerciser and kept on my toes with two bright and sporty boys as such I’m aware of protecting my joints. I’m not a herbalist though I note these are vegan and there is most definitely a fast acting and effective anti inflammatory agent as even after a few hours of fairly heavy duty gardening with a strimmer and hedge cutter there were no complaints from my joints. Top tip : Whilst fairly slick to swallow capsule and a very fine powder substance it was my personal preference to open the capsules and add to my juice, shake or smoothie. This may be appropriate for some. Trialling the Organic Boswellia Serrata Capsules has inspired my curiosity about the Ayurvedic approach to health and well-being. I can see how this type of remedy could easily become part of a more holistic approach to treating ailments and preventative body care.
