In all my previous experiences, BCAA powder and/or drink mixes have always tasted chalky and bitter, but not this! Dr. FEAAR cherry pomegranate flavor tastes like Kool-Aid coconut water. I'm very pleased! They've loaded this with BCAA's, EAA's, HMB, and hydration ingredients. I mix this into my 16oz water bottle I take to the gym and sip on it while I exercise. It keeps me going and hydrated as I hit the weights and do cardio. I'm shocked at how much I like this. The price may be high, but it's the best BCAA's I've ever tried.

Taste was terrible..

This product was double sealed and is in nice packaging. I liked the cherry pomagranate flavor. The essential amino acids seemed to help as a pre workout. I had more stamina throughout the workout and my recovery time was better. I also noticed, though sore the next day, I was less sore than I had expected with the work out I did. I feel this product added a good balance of hydration with electrolytes and EAA's Improved my workouts.

Let me start by saying this.. I am not a weight lifter or bodybuilder. I am just a 56 year old male that has recently got back into trying to get into shape. I drank this as a pre-workout regimen every time I worked out. I can honestly say that I did not notice any change in my workout. The week that I started, was the same week that I increased the weight and repetitions. It was also the same week that I increased my aerobic workout. Now what I can say is that this stuff taste great.

This is pretty good stuff. Just know that it contains no caffeine. The hydration, vitamins, etc are good. The taste is a little bit (mildly) like cough syrup. So just factor that into your expectations. It's definitely tolerable though.
