Beaute Du Cuir Pate De Luxe High Gloss Shoe Polish (Black)

This stuff is magic. On decent shoes, it needs very little effort to achieve a shine that a Buckingham Palace Guardsman would be proud of. Apply it generously and buff with a soft cloth. No need for brushes, or endless rubbing. Once your shine develops, add a little water to the duster and buff lightly again and you'll be amazed.

Very good quality polish, great for bulling shoes for a lovely finish with not too much effort. The only negative is that its a little expensive.

Regarded as probably the best shoe polish, but it's not really that much better than any other competent polish. There are some brands to be avoided, but the high price of this one doesn't make it all that much better than other effective ones. However, it is VERY good polish. Good ingredients (including turpentine). Beautiful shine that does last well.

The gloss finish that can be obtained using a ‘bulling’ technique is incredible. It is long lived finish compared to a certain other tinned products with antipodean branding. However the polishing has to be done whilst the polish is fairly cold. I put an ice cube in the water I was using to bull. Only then could I get the final finish.
