OXICAT- Oxygen Sensor & Catalytic Converter Cleaner-Engine, Fuel & Exhaust- Pack of 2 FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Had a O2 sensor acting strange in my Toyota rav 4. Got it checked out and it had some carbon in the sensor. This Oxicat cured the problem. I will use this product when I have O2 sensor problems.

Oxicat works well. Catalytic converter system was very dirty. Replaced one of two converters, and both O2 sensors. The dreaded check-engine light kept coming on and off. Used several Oxicat applications over the coarse of about six months, did the trick, light off now for several weeks. Last purchase for annual maintenance.

Had rough idle, misfire cylinder 3, would barely run. Added one can of OXICAT to the tank. Followed the instructions, drove on the freeway and about 60 miles in the truck was running smoothly and codes cleared. Around 1400 miles and still running smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointing. We’ve used two cans; each time, our check engine light turned off after three days of adding it to a fresh tank of gas, but, both times, the light turned back on after only three or four days. The German manufacturer isolates itself from its customers by directing all attempts to contact them back to Amazon, and Amazon, of course, is notoriously opaque and inaccessible to its customers. I want somebody to explain to me why this product only appears to work for four days and whether or not additional treatments will be of any use, but there is literally nobody to ask. Is the only point of this product to turn off your check engine light long enough to get your car inspected? Really? That is not acceptable.

Used as instructed. Did it twice. Code didn't clear. Smells like it's just acetone or laquer thinner. May work to keep it maintained if it's already clean but it didn't clean mine enough...or the cat is clogged.

I use to sell this at the shop that I worked at and it works Great. With that being said if you are buying this to clear a code for a bad converter and not for preventative maintenence you have to do it shortly after the check engine light has come on. This will not work if the light has been on for months. I had very successful results by adding a can, filling with high test gas then using the second can with another tank of high test, then using your standard octane after. Highly recommend giving this a try. I saved my customers tons of $$ using this product

It will work if the restriction isn't substantial and the components aren't damaged. I was quoted $1100( multiple times ) to replace my catalytic converter due to the code that was posting "0420". One can and approximately 150 miles later there is no code and the engine light went off on its own.
