Taste: Amazing Hair growth: Not much change to be honest Ease of swallow: No need to swallow as you chew them I got the 3 months supply mainly to give myself a goal to not do anything with my hair such as extensions,colouring,ect and to let it grow but on 2rd bottle now and sometimes am haven less hair fall out when washing and maybe about 1inch in length of growth but this mat be a longterm product not for me although it was nice to try, everyone is different and all bodies growth is different than others , NO SIDE AFFECTS which was brilliant, didn't notice my nails grow as quick as others have stated or skin feeling healthier they both still the same hehehe but overall very nice gummies worth a try you just never know you may have better look than me. Taken this for three months and can feel/see the difference.

My nails started peeling, and after nearly eight months of using fancy nail treatments that didn't work, I thought I'd better look at a supplement. I am terrible at remembering to take medicines, so the idea of yet another pill didn't appeal to me. I've been on these for three months now (maybe four) and my nails have stopped peeling, which suggests that the vitamin content is sufficient. They also taste very much like yummy sweets, so they're the only vitamins that I'm motivated to take!

After finishing 1 bottle, i dont notice any difference. My hair still continues to break. Maybe it's a bit too soon to expect results, I'm unsure if i should order it again. The gummies are yummy, quite easy to take. Hence 2 stars.
