Perfect replacement
Strait forward installation, perfect fit, leak free replacement for 2005 price-pfister shower control.

Functional and durable replacement part
This is an exact part match for my pfister shower. It delivers the water pressure and it stopped the leaking of the old part. It came with clear instructions but I recommend watching a YouTube video from pfister to install it.

Great product, would buy again.
This was the first time I replaced a shower cartridge. The shower head kept leaking and after some research found out I needed a new cartridge. Installation was easy enough and would buy again. Caveat: There is an adaptor on this cartridge that was not necessary for my particular model of shower handle. Best way to determine if you need it or not is to compare it to your old cartridge. If yours's doesn't have the adaptor, pop it off and install the same way the old one was installed. Also, make sure you adjust the "anti scald" nut as if you don't, your water will not get hot.

Make sure if you have an older Pfister unit that you confirm the newest part number before purchasing.

Compare control knob tabs
Works great. Only issue I had was my old control knob was a little too small for the tabs on the new cartridge and I had to file them down a little.

No more leak from our old 10 year one it seems. Hopefully this one lasts more than 10 years. Be sure to check that the model is compatible with the system you have and are taking out. Test your old one and check the pictures before buying. Pretty easy to install thanks to online videos.

Very easy to install. Smooth operation compared to previous cartridge. We'll see about longevity, but original started leaking at 5 years, so not terrible, but shorter than I would have liked. Overall, very happy with product and installation instructions.
