My car Porsche 2019, the car does not support Android Auto for some reason but it supports iOS. I am not a fan of iOS, so for many years, I am unable to use the Android Auto capabilities in the car. With this device, I was able to connect very smoothly to the car as it has a build in OEM iOS. From there, your can run Android Card Kit tool to run Android Auto. It works perfectly. Now that I fixed the android issue. I am also able to connect to CarPlay as I mentioned since it has built in OEM iOS.

I have two units and am purchasing a third. I have used over a year and it has been flawless. Wireless CarPlay works as expected. It quickly pairs to OBD2 adapters for in-car diagnostic apps and gauges. My units just received a major update that adds Cloud Sim capabilities. No more physical sim needed for 4G, instead get connected to whatever is the fastest 4G network available from any carrier, at a price that is less than the monthly charges of a SIM card. I am in the United States and was using a T-mobile sim at $20/month. Now I get faster speeds with a virtual sim switching between ATT, Verizon and T-mobile at $14/month or $140/yr.

It works in my 2020 dodge ram and it works with a Canadian sim card

Ai box plus 8 core 128gb with T-Mobile internet sim and 32gb sd card with9gb of my own music installed in 2016 Cadillac ct6 premium. The Ai box worked great out of the box for me. All apps are working including Netflix, YouTube, YouTube music premium, Amazon movie and music. It came with Android 12 and I was able to download Android 13 from their web site to 16gb sd card and install without any problems. The kids were able to connect a iPad and Samsung tablet to Ai box hotspot and I was still able to watch YouTube music premium on a road trip with no problems. The Apple CarPlay and android interfaces and/ connections took some time to get used to but now a little over a month no problem. The Tmobile unlimited data sim definitely makes the unit easier to use. No connecting to car/phone hotspot to watch movies or YouTube. All in all for me no complaints. Great product!

REVISED: I sent a support email to their website and they wrote back asking for proof of purchase through their website not Amazon. They don't give any support to products purchased through Amazon. I've never heard of that. What a terrible business approach! In the end, this product is useless if you have to unplug and replug it after every time you use your phone. NOT FUNCTIONAL. NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OLD. I love this product, but there is a bug. If I make or receive a phone call, it tells the car system that I am in a phone call (even after the call ends). The system then won't allow switching to other media such as radio. The music is then played only through the front speakers, with compressed quality. I have to unplug and replug the unit for it work.
