The stand will fit any tv from 26" to 55" provided it supports the VESA standard fitting up to 400mm x 400mm...it comes complete with all fittings/bolts/washers etc...as well as full instructions for assembly and in my experience is very stable compared to the legs provided with the tv...highly recommended !!
