Good slate for various uses

Looked nice but a mess to clean
The slate plates were shedding so many chipping a that I had to waste a few plates of sandwiches. They clearly haven’t been treated with a sealant and have been a nightmare in the kitchen to get rid of the chippings. Definitely use kitchen roll or something to create a barrier between the plate and the food.

I bought these specifically for laser-engraved photo boards, and they turned out beautifully. The slate engraves with great contrast, and even detailed photos come out clear and sharp. The surface is consistent, which makes dialing in settings easy and repeatable. If you’re making engraved photo gifts or memorial boards, these work really well. I’ll definitely be ordering more.
