Received the 'Little Red Robin' packed and delivered with care. This lovely tree is intended for a neighbour who lost her partner recently. While presenting the tree to my neighbour, I discovered that her partner had always wanted a Little Red Robin but never got around to it. I transplanted the tree into a larger container following seller's directions and it looks great. See pics. Highly recommended! Update! 6 months of pampering and protecting from cold weather following all instructions and this is the result! See last pic. The recipient of the Little Red Robin bush is so upset and dumbfounded how her remberance bush has turned out. We have absolutely no idea how the bush has ended up like this. The leaves have curled up and are as dry as a crisp. Tried contacting seller, but no option to provide advice. What a let down.

This is a beautiful, very healthy looking plant, it’s taller than I expected it to be. It was packaged very well and the delivery time was very good. I am so happy to have this beautiful plant.

I ordered this little red robin on the 13th July, dispatched on the 14th July and was delivered by lunchtime on Saturday the 15th july so much earlier than scheduled, so great service! The pot was nice and wet and from dispatch to delivery was very quick. I've planted it in a tall pot just over 2ft tall, which i did on the Sunday as we had high winds here on the Saturday so it spent a day and night indoors. So far so good. It was very well packed in a very slim box, so credit to whoever packed it as there were no broken stems/branches. Very happy to recommend this seller and the quality of this little tree. One thing i would say however, is that the main description, describes this as "1 metre tall", but the detailed description lists it as 70 to 80cm which is correct, mine was a little over 80cm tall and what i wanted anyway and was hoping for. So do check the full description properly as i believe they sell this little tree in more than one size, which is why some have said its smaller than expected. I think the seller should update the main description accordingly. Overall though, very happy with my purchase, at at a little over £30.

Arrived on time nice and heathy quite small for the price. Packaging was in terrible condition and well battered but the tree was ok.

I’ve bought quite a few plants from this company now and they have all been lovely , this is the second robin tree and it didn’t disappoint, it’s tall, healthy and full with lots of new leaves coming , the only negative here was a slight misunderstanding on the delivery front saying it had been delivered( to my address ) but it hadn’t been delivered to my address as stated but to the delivery depot , however I was able to talk to customer service (which is a bonus these days being able to actually talk to a person ). Who quickly cleared up the issue and the tree was delivered the next day . I look forward to filling my garden this year with more lovely plants from this supplier ! Def would recommend .

Arrived healthy but dry probably due to a delay with the courier. Very pleased see how it matures 👍

I was very disappointed with the first Standard Photinia plant I received from this supplier but it was more of a delivery issue rather than the plant itself. The box had been left on my doorstep and was in a really poor condition - the top of the box (where all the foliage would be) was completely caved in - almost looked like it had been punched). The plant itself was a good size but the leaves were bent and broken because of the poor state of the packaging. I contacted the seller and they assured me that they would send a replacement asap. I waited for ten days but no replacement arrived, so I had to contact them again to find out what was happening with my replacement. After a long repetitive phone conversation with a Yougarden CSO, it was agreed that they would make sure a new plant was sent to me. The replacement plant I received was smaller than the previous one, the leaves were in tact (as was the packaging) but I would say that the quality was an average OK rather than great - hence my average three star review.
