I love this pillow - it's very comfortable - but once every 3months I have to empty it & by hand pull the wool apart - it takes about an hour but it removes all that bulked up knots & makes it very stuffed & ready for service again. I think I am alone in this - but I can't sleep on lumpy pillows! The thick cotton cover with a zip is well made & makes a sound start for the pillowcases. I've spent a fortune on various "orthopaedic" pillows and NOT one of them gives my body the support this does. I'm off to buy another one!

A lovely quality pillow. No chemical smell at all, just the slight smell of natural sheep wool, which I find calming and relaxing. The zip-up 100% cotton cover is of a good quality and a standard pillow size. There was way too much filling inside for me (better that way than having too little) so I removed quite a bit, and then I spent some time teasing the wool inside to make sure it was evenly distributed, and now it is perfect. Plus I will have spare to top it up with in the future if it becomes too flat. Great that it uses British sheep wool too.

The pillow comes generously filled up with fleece and is well made. It is easy to remove some if you find it higher than you want.The natural filling is great for giving gentle support and comfort. It has been very beneficial for my creaky neck and, unlike previous down pillows I’ve had, it maintains its shape and support through the night.

The pillow is great - plenty of wool (too much - but not a problem to remove). One problem - it was packed in a zipped polyester and clear plastic cover (PVC?), which had a strong chemical smell that remained in the pillow for a while. I would have sent it back but I needed the pillow and let it air.

Comfortable and cozy. Feels good as soon as your head hits it and still good when you wake up. Quality of materials and manufacturing great. Ordering and delivery as promised.

I was advised by the asthma nurse to invest in some hypoallergenic pillows and as I'm a really hot sleeper, I didn't want synthetic. After reading up on the wonders of wool, I saw these and I'm so glad I did. Firstly they are filled with British wool, from Yorkshire. Ordered.on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday morning. I've honestly slept brilliantly, honestly like a log ever since. You can adjust the filling to your preferred comfort, they are washable too. They retain their shape so well that a week in, I've still not had to so much as plump them. I love them, worth every penny. Some people have commented on the smell but honestly I popped them outside for a couple of hours on the day they arrived and they're fine. Well made, look great nice and firm.

Really good product. Premium quality. Minimal smell. Rather pleasant. I would give 10 stars if I only could. Using over 6 months. Great temperature regulating for kids. Very easy to fluff if gets flat.

Was really hopeful for this pillow. The first month was lovely and comfortable. Then I noticed it felt bumpy. I opened the zip to try and break up the wool which worked on the first occasion. I’ve now given up trying to shake or break up the filling. It compresses into lumps and I would need to spend a long time trying to break them up to stop the lumpiness now
